How to use
1)Clean and dry the area. If you’re covering a wound, apply a sterile dressing first.
2)Start wrapping below the target area and overlap each layer by about half the width.
3)Use steady, moderate tension. Avoid wrapping too tightly at the ends.
4)Press the tail end onto the wrap to seal it.
5)Check circulation and comfort after a few minutes. If numbness, tingling, discoloration, or increased pain occurs, loosen or remove.
Notes for best results
- Non-waterproof: replace the wrap if it gets wet to maintain grip and hygiene.
- For significant pain, heavy swelling, or suspected fracture, seek medical guidance.
